The Anti-Nucleus MicroBeads are designed for an easy and fast enrichment of single-nucleus suspensions after the use of the Nuclei Extraction Buffer, in combination with the protocol on the gentleMACS™ Dissociator for fresh or frozen tissues. The isolated nuclei can directly be used for further processing of various downstream applications like single nucleus RNA Sequencing. The isolation protocol is based on the renowned MACS technology, which enables rapid isolation of nuclei with high purity and yield.
